Growth is improvement of any kind where as maturity is as you say, "facing the facts and reality head on and not running from it." I see the puzzle pieces coming together in your head, However, the hard part to remember is that we should always work towards mature decisions and growth in maturity regardless of the ease of accomplishment. B/c Lord knows life isn't easy and choosing the right thing to do every time can be one of the toughest things you ever do in this life time.
