New Goals & Washington DC So Far

So it’s March 12th, and I just finished my first public speech at the Underground Online Seminar Year 6, I think it was probably in front of about 150-200 people, not all 300 made it. Here is a photo before the event, the room is double the size of this photo, and filled up completely almost. It was awesome, I got to do my first public speech in front of a bunch of inspired people who want to learn about internet marketing. If I would of known the event a little better, I would of educated and taught something rather than just telling only my story. After my speech, a good amount of people came up to me and shook my hand and said great speech, it was a good feeling! I am going to be sticking around in Washington DC for the entire event until Sunday evening the 14th, then get my little ass back home as quick as I can to get some work done ASAP.

(It was a lot bigger than this!)

(It kept going around, much bigger than this!)

I have some goals I want to accomplish as soon as I get back home, just some goals I really need to finish! Here they are:

1) Clean up and restructure my office/basement/room downstairs so it’s one badass bachelor pad office setup. Then do a photoshoot of this new office setup.

2) Full time P90X / Diet, I got off track after all 4 of my damn trips, time to get back in the groove.

3) Do a few photoshoots every month. Rebuild my portfolio.

4) Affiliate marketing or create my own digital product to sale.

I want to get all these done while the rebirth of beModel.com is being developed and designed, give me something to do, and something to focus on. So that’s my current list of short term goals for the next 3 months! Wish me luck!

PS. The photo at the top of this post is a 5ft painting of Jamie and I!

Love,
Andrew Fashion

WOW, the 5ft painting of you and Jamie was the first thing to appear. My first reaction was something along the lines of “daaamn”, the paining is very accurate compared to the original image.

I’m happy to read that your speech went well! That’s probably one of the toughest speeches you’ll ever encounter (your first). After some twittering, it’s apparent that the crowd was highly receptive of what you had to say. I bet you’re looking forward to doing more speeches in the future. (:

Good luck with all the goals you have in mind. They all sound extremely productive and doable in 3 months time if you keep that focus. :) The P90X plan is a bitch when there are things in the way, but missing a few workouts won’t kill your progress. And getting into affiliate marketing is hot, especially if you choose something you’re well versed in.

It’s been fun just observing your giant steps from a distance. Keep it up, Andrew!

Haha, ya, I decided I wanted a painting of me and so did Jamie, figured it’d be cool for the new office! And yes I am glad the speech went well, haha, it was definitely nerve racking. I’ll be sure to keep you up to date with my goals and beModel! Thanks for the feedback Travis.

What happened to facebook connect?

Anyway you are in my area this weekend! What part of DC are you in?

just started AM less than 2 months ago, i have a post about it on the fastlane forum you signed up for. Get on there and check it out.

    Andrew Fashion says:

I’ll throw facebook connect back on shortly, it’s just the new theme. I am at the Gaylord National, you? How is AM going for you?

      Chris Thehotstickers says:

I’m outside of DC really, I’d like to say there is something going on that we could meet up at, but there isn’t unless your flying out of Dulles Int’l.

AM is good, I started Jan 12th and hit $250/day yesterday. It’s supplemental to the rest of my business though.

      Eli says:

If you are at the Gaylord, then your right across from Graces. That place was the bomb for me when I went there, both times! I like the Statue.

The mini-city (I won’t say the name for Yanik’s Privacy) that you are at was the largest development on the east coast during its construction which mostly finished 1.5 years ago and they actually turned a muddy section of that river into hard ground to build the whole thing. On an Economic Development tour I met Milton V. Peterson, the very rich guy that owns the Peterson Companies that built the whole thing. He is cool and recommends reading the Washington Business Journal. Right outside of that area are homes own by NFL and NBA player types along with moguls, politician, & CEOs. There’s also a highway right near there notorious for the DC street racer scene, but cops been clamping down because 8 spectators got killed last year.
To bad you are here during the wrong season else you’d see some female sexiness in groups walking around the boardwalk.

I’m about 20-25 mins north of that place without traffic. I’m the software/IT QA Manager and reviewer of technical documentation for the local officials that run that area and also make sure the techs correctly build and configured the police cruiser laptop operating system images.

Your trip inspired me to reserve the domain name federalfashion.com. Still thinking of what to do with it.

TO: Chris Thehotstickers – You said Dulles. Are you in either of Fairfax or Loudoun Cnty? I used to work in Tyson’s Corner for a startup until it went went belly up. The 267 toll road is a b!tch. So is the rush traffic on 495 after the American Legion bridge. But the IT sector out there is bangin in 3rd place behind Silicon Valley and the Boston Area.

      Chris Thehotstickers says:

Yeah I live in LC and my office is in Reston on the side of 267. We like the call it the East Coast Silicon Valley. Lot’s of stuff buzzing around here, all the time. I wouldn’t know half of who or what I know if I wasn’t in this area.

I can’t wait to see goal #3 in motion. l love your photography! Will you do some more post like “How to take stunning fashion photos” when you get the time? Also maybe a small post on how you drive traffic to a site? You seem to know what it takes to drive traffic.

I start my P90X in a week or two. I cant wait to be at the point I want to be at. I’ve read so many positive reviews. :)
